What is Solitaire?

Solitaire is the best-known card game for one player in the world. The 52 cards are dealt into seven columns and a stock: by moving them patiently you have to bring them all to the four foundations, one per suit, in order from ace to king. Here you can drag cards or tap them and they go to the right place by themselves, you can undo a move and, when all the cards are face up, the game finishes itself.

How do you play Solitaire?

Tap the stock at the top left to turn over one card at a time; when it's empty, tap it again to put the turned cards back (costs 20 points). In the columns you can place a card on a card one rank higher and of the opposite colour (for example a black 6 on a red 7); you can also move several face-up cards together. Only a king can go into an empty column (alone or with the cards on top of it). The four foundations at the top right are filled by suit, from ace to king. Drag the cards, or tap them: they move by themselves to the best foundation or column. Keyboard: Space turns the stock, Z undoes, A completes. Points: 10 for each card on the foundations, 5 for each card from the stock to the columns, 5 for each card turned face up; -15 if you move a card from a foundation back to a column. When you win, a time bonus of 1000 points minus 2 for each second. When all the cards in the columns are face up, «Complete» appears: the cards go to the foundations by themselves. «New» ends the game.
