What is Sports Quiz?

The Sports Quiz covers lots of disciplines: the Olympics, athletics, tennis, basketball, volleyball, cycling, winter sports and motorsport. The questions are about rules, historic records and great events, with an explanation after each answer. Ten timed questions per game, alone or as a two-player challenge.

How to play

• Each game has 10 random questions; each has 4 answers and only one is right.
• You have 15 seconds to answer: tap or click the answer, or press keys 1 to 4.
• A right answer is worth 100 points plus a speed bonus (up to 100); with 3 right answers in a row points are worth one and a half times, with 5 in a row double.
• After each answer a short explanation appears: tap it to go straight to the next question.
• Two players: take turns answering, 10 questions each; whoever scores more wins.

Tips

• Read all four answers before choosing: often two can be ruled out right away.
• The explanations after each question help you remember: questions come back in later games.
