What is Mythology Quiz?

The Mythology Quiz tells of the gods of Olympus, heroes such as Hercules, Ulysses and Perseus, the monsters and the adventures of Greek and Roman myths, with both the Greek and the Latin names. Each question has four answers and an explanation to help you remember the myth. Alone or with two players.

How to play

• Before you start, choose the level: Easy, Medium or Hard. Each game has 10 questions from the chosen level; each has 4 answers and only one is right.
• Time to answer: 15 seconds on Easy, 12 on Medium, 10 on Hard. Tap or click the answer, or press keys 1 to 4.
• A right answer is worth 100 points plus a speed bonus (up to 100); on Medium points count one and a half times, on Hard double. With 3 right answers in a row points count one and a half times more, with 5 in a row double.
• Each level has its own record. After each answer a short explanation appears: tap it to go straight to the next question.
• Two players: choose a level and take turns, 10 questions each; whoever scores more points wins.

Tips

• Read all four answers before choosing: often two can be ruled out straight away.
• The explanations after each question help you remember: when you make few mistakes on Easy, try Medium and then Hard.
