Blocks
- Drag one of the three pieces at the bottom onto the grid: with a finger the piece stays above your finger so you can see where it goes. With the keyboard, pick a piece with 1, 2 or 3, move it with the arrows and drop it with Space or Enter.
- Pieces can't be rotated. Each square you place is worth 1 point.
- A full row or column is cleared: 10 points for each square cleared, multiplied by the number of rows and columns cleared at once.
- If you clear lines with several pieces in a row a combo starts, multiplying your points up to x5; a piece that clears nothing resets it.
- When you've used all three pieces, three more arrive. The game ends when none of the remaining pieces fits in the grid.
What is Blocks?
Blocks is a puzzle with an 8×8 grid and three pieces of different shapes to place. Every time you fill a whole row or column, its squares disappear and you score: clear several at once, or in a row, and your points multiply. There's no timer: all that matters is thinking carefully about where each piece goes.

Tips
- Always leave room for the 3×3 piece and the 5-long lines: they're the hardest to place.
- Fill the edges and corners first and keep the middle free.
- Try to clear a row and a column with the same piece: the points multiply.
